You can request, cancel, or reschedule via the form, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. We ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible; specific conditions appear in the booking confirmation.
We currently accept payment upon service confirmation (cash, bank transfer, or on-site payment). We will soon enable online payments from the website and will announce it when available.

Residential Cleaning
We offer one-time cleanings, recurring maintenance, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleanings, and specialty services (windows, carpets, disinfection upon request).
Yes, we bring most products and equipment. If you prefer eco-friendly products or have restrictions, please indicate that when requesting a quote.
It is not mandatory. We recommend being present during the first visit to explain your preferences; for subsequent services, you can leave us secure access instructions.
We work with care and specific protocols to prevent damage. If there are valuable items or sensitive surfaces, please notify us beforehand and we will attend to them according to your instructions.
Yes: we design weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans. We offer more competitive rates for recurring services; consult options when requesting a quote.
Commercial Cleaning
We service offices, consulting rooms, retail spaces, and small businesses. We adapt the frequency and tasks according to the type of business and its operational needs.
Yes, we offer services outside of business hours to minimize business disruption: evening or early morning cleaning, depending on coordination.
Yes, we can formalize services through contracts and issue periodic invoices. The terms (deadlines, included services) are detailed in the commercial proposal.
We coordinate secure access protocols: designated personnel, codes, or custodial keys. If your company requires additional verification or insurance, we agree on it upon hiring.
Yes. We review and follow the cleaning and hygiene policies required by the client, provided they are communicated before the service begins.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning includes exhaustive tasks (cleaning baseboards, radiators, behind appliances, spot disinfection, removal of ingrained dirt) that are not performed in routine cleanings.
The duration depends on the size and condition of the space; it may require several hours or visits. It is recommended for seasonal changes, before/after moving, and when thorough sanitization is required.
Deep sweeping and scrubbing, disinfection of bathrooms and kitchens, cleaning of hard-to-reach areas, stain treatment, and interior cleaning of appliances upon request.
Yes: please put away personal items and clear access points. If there is heavy furniture or heavily cluttered areas, notify us for a prior evaluation.
It depends on usage and condition: many homes schedule it every 6–12 months; high-traffic businesses may need it more frequently.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Removal of fine dust, surface cleaning, vacuuming, interior window cleaning, disposal of non-hazardous waste, and preparation for space handover.
We remove light waste and cleaning materials. For heavy debris or hazardous waste (demolition materials, chemical residues), we would coordinate with a specialized service.
Yes: typically at least two stages are required; an initial cleaning to remove coarse dust and debris, and a second final cleaning for details and finishing.
We use vacuums, scrubbers, and specific tools; we usually need access to electricity and water on site. Please inform us of the availability before the service.
